i found the location excellent. it was close to both rome and clichy metro stations. the beds were comfortable, and the windows overlooked a classic parisian street. the staff allowed an early check-in, which i appreciated.
The room i had was a bit small. It wasn't ideal for two people, and the closet space was limited.

the staff was very lovely and helpful, i liked that a lot. new towels come each day, that was nice. it's an easy walk to the closest station too.
rooms are small for a 3 star. a chair was half broken, that was anoying. i didn't find any coffee or tea in the room, only water.
